Apple Brings Tap to Pay to More Businesses in Europe
Apple has expanded its Tap to Pay feature for iPhones to five additional countries across Europe, making it easier for businesses to accept contactless payments. With this update, merchants in Austria, Czechia, Ireland, Romania, and Sweden can now turn their iPhones into mobile payment terminals, joining the United States and other countries where Tap to Pay is already available.

How to Use iPhone Tap to Pay
Using iPhone Tap to Pay is simple. Merchants can sign up with supported payment platforms, such as Adyen, Revolut, SumUp, or Viva, and enable the feature on their compatible iPhone. The service is available on iPhones starting with the iPhone XS, making it accessible to a wide range of users.
Once set up, businesses can accept payments by opening the payment app and following the on-screen instructions. Customers will receive a confirmation on their device once the transaction is complete, providing a seamless and efficient payment experience.
