Xiaomi fans outside of China are in for a treat as the company’s latest software, HyperOS 2, is set to make its way to international devices. Yesterday, Xiaomi unveiled HyperOS 2 in China, and while the initial rollout was limited to Chinese users, a purported list of international devices that will receive the update has already been leaked.

According to the list, a wide range of Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco phones will be getting the new software. This includes flagships like the Xiaomi 14 series and the recently launched Xiaomi 14T, as well as popular mid-range devices such as the Poco F6 series and the Redmi Note 13. The list suggests that these devices will receive the update by Q1 2025, which could mean before the end of 2024 or by the end of Q1 (March 31). While Xiaomi has not officially confirmed this timeline, long waits for updates are not uncommon for users of these brands.

The international version of HyperOS 2 is expected to offer many general optimizations and AI features, similar to its Chinese counterpart. However, it is unclear if there will be a separate launch event for the global variant.
